General Ordering Information
- Am I able to modify or cancel my order once my order Information has been submitted? We take pride in getting your packages to your doorstep as quickly as possible. This means that we try and have your order ready within hours of receiving it. If you need to change a size or color contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to modify your order.
- What is your return / exchange policy?
- All of our sales are final. You will receive store credit for returns only.
- Swimsuits are NOT returnable. PLEASE look at the measurements that are posted on the item description before ordering! If you must exchange for a different size Items must have no signs of wear. Items must still have tags attached with sanitary liner in place and original wrapping. Please note we can not guarantee which items will be in stock at the time of your exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
- You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the ship date and we will give you further instructions on the process of the exchange.
- Free Shipping? We offer FREE US shipping with no minimum purchase.
- How long will my order take to process? Standard shipping on In-Stock items take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out.
- What is a back ordered item and how long will it take to ship - A back ordered item is an item that has been so popular we can't keep it in stock but more inventory is on it's way from our vendors. We announce the time frame of delivery under the product description if an item is back ordered.
- Do you offer International shipping? At this time we only offer shipping in the United States and to Canada.
